Weight Loss

Healthy, effective weight loss is easy. Too much strain is a sign that something is wrong; you won’t lose as much weight, you will damage your health in the process, and you will put the weight back on as soon as you stop the effort.

Here is how to make it easy:

1. Turn off your hunger switch in a healthy way (this is not the same as appetite suppression).

2. Turn on your body’s fat-burning machinery.

3. Clear toxins and allergens that cause you to hold on to fat and water weight.

4. Measure and then balance your hormones to support weight loss.

5. Exercise in an easy way that promotes weight loss (most people exercise in a way that slows the weight loss, promotes injuries, and makes it more likely to gain weight again in the future).

6. Measure body fat and lean tissue to make sure you are losing fat and not muscle.

7. Balance your brain so that it can regulate your appetite and your hormones.

I will take you through all seven of these steps. I can’t guarantee results, but 80% of my patients have found that after years of effort and dieting, weight loss is easier and more effective than it used to be. And there are side benefits as well! You are likely to have more energy, be more relaxed, and sleep better. Call for an appointment.
