My Philosophy

I help you help yourself. We will neutralize the physical and neurological imprints of previous trauma, give your body and brain what they need, and then get out of the way while they heal. I will also ask you to modify your life style and do specific brain exercises, and I will support you each step of the way.

Please avail yourself of the articles on this site. They give an overview of treatment methodologies that I use, lifestyle modifications that I suggest, and background information that you might find interesting.
